The Brief:

1. What was the brief set by the Admissions, Marketing and Engagement Manager?

the brief that me and my partner was set is that we had to film a large amount of courses basically showing off the whole curriculum and then condense it into a 2:30 minuet video roughly showing off 5-9 seconds og any subject at any certain time. this was all set to up by out marketing team Jon Dack

2. What is flexible / negotiable, and what is stated as essential? When are the deadlines?

the time of the video was flexible as if we had to stay to the original time constraints we would've had to cut about 50% of the video. when we had to get Jill's into the video we then had to negotiate what she had to do, in the end of it we settled to her doing a small voice over which. the essentials we get in was every thing that the departments wanted as we needed to show off the entire college. 25th of march

3. What video were you allocated / did you choose?

me and my partner chose the curriculum offer that wanted us to show off a myriad of the college's courses.

4. Who (first name only) is the lead contact for your video and what is their official job title?

the lead contact for our video was Jon Dack; he is the head of marketing at East Norfolk college and he was the main man that we where making our video for

Daniel: Wants to show off practical work for engineering and the sciences, also can set up a fun math lesson for us to come in and film so it looks less ‘boring’

Chris: PE and uniform services, a cross between practical and class work, to show it isn’t just practical football stuff. Maybe go and film in the gym to show facilities.

Social sciences, try and film some group work if possible (covid issues), shots of the teacher explaining at the front.

Ellie: Promote the technology and students using it. Highlight the newer courses (business T-levels and eSports). Media talks and visits. Student opportunities after college? Show off the software the students are using in lesson.

Gary: Earth and Life sciences. T levels in science and healthcare. Emphasis on results and his unusual subjects like geology and environmental sciences. He will arrange practical lessons for us to observe and take videos

Jill: wants to do a VOICEOVER
